After filling out the commission form, you will be contacted through the social media site/s you have provided.

You will be placed on the Trello wait list. Once it is your turn, I will contact you for payment.

If you have your own model and it is approved for use, we proceed to making the render.

If you are making a new model, I will ask for reference photos of your character in the character creation screen, and for links to the mods you have used. Please ensure that the name of the slider options are in your photos.

I only have a limited amount of time to work on your model and your render. If you have very specific requirements for body shape, hair color, amongst other things, please be precise and give me body references from IRL photos (not 2D art, as artistic style varies a lot) and hex codes for colors. This will save us both a lot of time.

For non Baldur's Gate 3 models, any clear references are acceptable.

I will also ask for reference photos for your pose and scenery. Inspirational photos and mood boards are also welcome!

Once work begins, I will send over a screenshot of the Blender model, and then the Daz model, whichever applies, for your perusal and approval.

Once the models are approved I shall begin creating the scene. You will be given two revisions: one for the rough pose stage and one for the final preview.

I will only allow one major re-pose and one outfit change, and only in the rough posing stage.

Once the final preview is approved I shall render the scene. No edits can be made afterwards without an additional fee.

If you want a print of your commission (or of another render) please let me know and I can upload it to my Redbubble shop for your convenience.

I reserve the right to refuse commissions and/or cancel any ongoing commissions for any reason. A refund will be given if I cancel your commission.

I reserve the right to work at my own pace and to do personal pieces in between commissions as long as I am within the time frame allotted for finishing your commission.

The customer has to be at least eighteen years of age. If suspicion is aroused I reserve the right to ask for legal proof of age.

My commission prices and terms of service are subject to change at any time.

Prices may increase due to the complexity of the model, scenery, or prompt at any point of the commission process.

Payment will be through Paypal, Ko-fi or Venmo.

The client will have 48 hours to pay once I have sent over my payment details. If nothing has been sent after the time period your commission will be automatically cancelled. Re-registering after the fact will put you at the bottom of the queue.

If you have a deadline, we can arrange for a rush fee of $100. However, please contact me first as the availability of this would depend on my current circumstances (i.e. I may be traveling).

In order to give you the best product, please give me clear reference photos for your characters and clear pose and scene references. However, if you would like to entrust me with creative freedom, it is highly appreciated!

If the customer has a model they want me to use, I will gladly use it. The model will undergo some correction and touch-ups to match with my aesthetic and my models. However, if the quality is not up to standard and revisions past my basic touch-ups are required to make it look on par with the general quality of my models and work, I will recommend a remake of the model by me. This can be refused by the customer but the potential subpar quality of the overall final product will not be my responsibility. This is especially pertinent to models with higher degrees of specificity or modification, as control is tantamount to delivering the correct physics and look, and the best way for me to have this level of control is by using my own models.

In order for mods to be used in your models/commission, permission from the modder must be obtained.

I may be required to purchase an asset/model for your render. In such situations the cost will be added onto your commission price.

I'll do my best to finish your commission in a timely manner, but please give me approximately 12 weeks from when I begin working on your commission as a general time frame for turnover. Work will begin after payment is received. If any delays happen, I will communicate it with you.

I retain full ownership and rights to the artwork and models created. Please feel free to post the watermarked version of your commission (with credit) and/or create prints and/or other items with it, as long as you do not profit from it.

Using my art to train generative AI or to use as a profile picture or reference material for any AI is prohibited.

Your commission may be posted by me on my social media accounts and Patreon unless you specifically request to keep it private. Anonymous commissions (where I post the work but not name the client) is also an option.

I reserve the right to refuse to post a commission for any reason whatsoever.

Please respond within a timely manner whilst I am working on your commission. Extended silence on your end will only cause your commission to be pushed back.

Any revisions past the number noted in 'Procedure' will incur additional fees.

Please understand that my time per commission is a set number of hours: I am not able to continuously pose models and swap outfits for your perusal. Please come to me with a firm idea of what you want, whether it be a specific pose, or an idea that you'd like me to put a more personal touch on.

For Astarion renders, I shall be using a different model from my personal model. Thank you for understanding!

There may be limits to the background, props, and clothing, and if I am unable to do it myself I can refer you to a ripper to extract the assets we need!

Refunds can only be made before I begin work.

I can be contacted through Twitter, Bluesky, and Tumblr. We can then connect via Discord.

Any violation of my terms and conditions will warrant a cancellation of your commission, a block and an inclusion into my blacklist.

I am open for most fandoms, scenarios and NPCs. Contact me for specifics if you have an idea which you feel requires further clarification.

I am open to most kinks, except for anything underage.

I reserve the right to decline any scenario that makes me uncomfortable.

I most often do Baldur's Gate 3, Love and Deepspace, Fallout, and Dragon Age: The Veilguard renders, although I am open to other fandoms!

The final piece will be created and rendered in Daz Studio. However, in order to create your character in Daz Studio, I also need a Blender model of your character to port.

If you already have a Blender file of your character, please give me a copy of the .blend file. I am usually able to use third party Blender models, unless there has been significant amounts of modification and/or it does not meet the standard.

If your model is approved, proceed to the 'Porting from Blender to Daz Studio' section of this page.

If you already have a Daz Studio model of your character, then there is no need for porting fees unless modification is requested by you and/or your model does not meet the standard and extensive reworking is required.

If you have a 3D model of the character in question, but not in .blend format, please reach out and we can discuss.

If your character is an NPC, we can discuss acquisition of the 3D files. Charges here would depend on the circumstances.

Prices may increase, depending on complexity of your model and outfit.

Your character will be assembled in Blender. The final product is a .blend file

While I will use this .blend file to create the DazStudio model, this model can be provided to you upon request so you can use it with other artists. I only request for credit once it is posted.

If you already have a .blend file of your character and/or outfit, we can proceed to the next step.

An additional price of $5 per mod will be charged.

Customizations outside of what the mods do are possible, with limits. We can discuss this before purchase.

For non-BG3 models: I can refer you to another artist who can provide us with a .blend file of your character. We can also find one online, if there are any available.

Outfits begin at $10 per set. An additional price of $5 per mod will be charged.

Your character will be ported into Daz Studio. This step creates a Genesis 9 model for Daz Studio, which I will use to create your rendered scene.

The Daz Studio model will not be available for distribution, and can only be used by me for your commissions.

Price may increase depending on the complexity of your character (extra appendages, tails, etc.)

Customization is available for Daz Studio for bodies and faces, with limits. We can discuss this further before purchase.

Rooks: Because of the nature of Dragon Age: The Veilguard's character creator, customizations are mandatory and the process is far more complex than for a Tav/Durge. Prices will start at $65.

For non-BG3 models: Prices start at the same price ($55) but it would depend on the specific game and specific situation.

Outfits start at $15 per set.

For Love and Deepspace Outfit Ports: Prices begin at $30 per set.
